CourseWorks - is the online information service for all University of Melbourne coursework students.

  • Arrangements = Machines shared by particular student cohorts; Dedicated PG computer lab; 24 hour access
  • Available = Network printing; technical advice; help with academic software; dial-in access (offcampus)

Software available for student use

  • All standard information development campus licence software plus specialist licences as required.

Intellectual Community

  • A dedicated social/meeting space - 24 hour access
  • A dedicated coursework PG work space - 24 hour access
  • Lockers
  • Refreshments available for classes held outside business hours

General maintenance and consumables

Consumables available to coursework students are:

  • Photocopying (free with limit)
  • Printing (free with limit)

  • Students for whom English is not their first language are made aware of the University's English language courses.

  • Telephone: Telephone access in each of 11 postgraduate accommodation rooms (NB: internal & local calls only, calls to mobile phones or outside Melbourne can be booked through University switchboard.
  • Dial-in internet access: This facility can be arranged on a needs basis.
  • Interlibrary loans: This facility can be arranged on a needs basis.

Conference and travel funding
